Greater Health Disability Services (GHDS) is a nursing service recently introduced in Sydney, New South Wales. Our team is equipped with wealth range of qualifications, knowledge, expertise and experience in nursing and disability care. We are committed to providing personalized and person-centred care to people of all ages in the comfort of their own homes. Our determination is to continuously create and maintain a nursing service that is owned by Clinical Nurses with a nursing passion.  We pride ourselves on the provision of excellent quality care and support.

Our in-home care provide reliable services from grocery shopping to laundry and attending medical appointments, our nurses are equipped with emotional intelligence skills with commitment to honesty, empathy and motivation to promote self-awareness, self-confidence and social readiness to easily adapt into the community.

We are transparent, committed to creating an environment of freedom, respect, independence and peace of mind, client safety and welfare is priority, with constituency to excellent and quality care.
