Do you support NDIS participants?

Yes. We support NDIS self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants in line with the NDIS Practice Standards.

How do I get started?

Can I choose my support workers?

Yes. We respect your right to choice and control. Wherever possible, we work with you to match you with support workers who suit your preferences and needs.

How do you handle feedback and complaints?

We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. Providing feedback or making a complaint will not affect your services. You can submit feedback through our website or contact us directly. You may also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time.

Can someone help me make a complaint?

Yes. You are welcome to have a support person, advocate, family member, or representative assist you at any stage.
